At home workouts are a great option for those who are gym shy and/or struggle to find the time to squeeze it in. My workouts only require dumbbells, body weight and bands. Let me help you develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals, ensuring consistency and results.
Fitness and Nutrition go hand-in-hand. Your body needs the proper fuel to function at it’s peak performance. But the proper mindset and plan is key. A free 30 min zoom or phone consultation and questionnaire when you book so that we can set you up for success.

If you had asked me 10 years ago “What do you see yourself doing at age 37?” I would have
NEVER thought I’d be happy as a clam teaching humans to defy gravity, and step out of their
comfort zones on and around a pole!
Pole Dance came to me by chance, and it helped me overcome one of the worst periods of my
life. It changed me forever. Not only did it heal my heart but it helped me tap into this sensual
side of myself that I must have buried deep down with shame. Fast forward to today, Pole Dance
doesn’t just make me feel strong, it makes me feel EMPOWERED. There are so many facets of Pole
Dance and Fitness that I could never get bored.
My favorite thing about being a Pole Instructor is the relationship I build with my students and
fellow Instructors. I learn just as much from them as they do from me. My style of teaching is to
take things slow and gradual. I understand that not everyone learns the same and I love that
about us. Communication is key!
During the Covid outbreak I became certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Sports
Nutritionist. It took me a long time, a lot of trial and error and ultimately having to heal both my
mindset and my metabolism to truly be happy and proud of the skin I’m in. This is something that I
am very truly passionate about.
You can have freedom and feel good in your body too, all while crushing your goals.

Where to begin… Coach Sam is one of the
most patient, knowledgeable, professional
mentors/instructors that I’ve ever had!
I was new to pole fitness back in January 2019,
and she was extremely patient and helpful
with introducing me to pole and the many
different techniques. When movements were
difficult to master, she’d always provide
modifications to ensure our safety as well as
offer private lessons for additional practice
and guidance!
I was never one for group settings, but Coach
Sam’s cheery and inviting spirit made us all
feel like one large family! It was nice having
the support of the others as well as Coach as
we learned different skills to include inverting
and Superman’s!
One of my favorite classes with her was the
lap dance workshop, where she taught me
and other pole sisters how to properly enter
and exit chairs strategically and intimately for
Valentine’s Day! Dancing in front of my
husband wasn’t something I was very
comfortable doing until after I encountered
Coach Sam!
She saved my joints and muscles
tremendously by teaching us proper warm-
ups and cool downs, and really went out of her
way to make sure that each student was
mastering the technique being taught that
week before moving on to the next skill!
Her passion for pole and helping others was
unmatched to some other instructors I’ve
known, and if I had the opportunity to train
with her again, I Totally Would!! She’s a
blessing to the pole community, and I know
she’ll be an absolute amazing addition to your
studio!

Samantha first became my Pole instructor in
Okinawa in 2018. I started with her beginner class
even though I had some at home pole experience
prior. I explained I had never had "proper"
training and wanted to learn the correct way.
During the beginner class package Samantha
was able to spot my bad habits and help me
correct them but she also saw my strong points
and would challenge me to work towards the
next step. My first impression of Samantha during
beginners was "this chick is awesome!".
When I finished beginner I immediately signed
up for level 1&2! I was excited to have Samantha
teach me more. She broke down the moves with
strength and grace and encouraged me to try
and try again. During invert moves when I got
disoriented she would lightly tap my hand or leg
to help remind me what I was doing. Each class
was fun, challenging, different and exhausting.
Samantha was available between classes when I
had questions practicing a move. She provided
helpful tips.
After I completed my level 2 classes my official
instruction with Samantha ended. However, I
soon became pregnant and she was always
willing to talk moves with me about what would
be safe along my pregnancy and poses for
photos. From start to finish of my time having
Samantha as my instructor, and even after,
Samantha was professional, personal, direct,
encouraging, and open. If I could have Samantha
as my instructor again, I absolutely would!
